We are dealing with a unique situation and Lane come through big time. Without going into too much detail, the house we purchased is still occupied by someone, and this person cares very little about taking care of the home. We contacted Straub Heating and Cooling about getting a furnace up and running. While on location he called to ask about what our plan was while this person still lived there, because he cared enough to not have us waste our hard earned money. Needless to say we were able to get the furnace up and running with minimal cost. Really appreciate the work he did and his ability to effectively communicate with us.
